Irakli was appointed General Director of Galt & Taggart in 2000. He has held senior positions at various brokerage and investment companies. Irakli was a supervisory board member of the Georgian Stock Exchange and the Georgian Central Securities Depository and served as the Chariman of the Board of the Georgian Securities industry Association. Irakli is a member of editorial groups for several books on the securities market as well as a co-author of the Capital Markets Development Concept, developed in May 2013. Irakli also has extensive experience with the lawmaking process.
Prior to joining Bank of Georgia Group in March 2014 as an economist covering Georgia, Eva worked at Georgia's Finance Ministry on EU-sponsored reforms based budget support programs, liaised with bilateral and multilateral development institutions and oversaw the implementation of the US$ 4.5bn donor-pledged funds. Eva is a guest lecturer in public finance at University of Georgia. She holds MA in economics from Bowling Green State University in the US and Tbilisi State University.
David Nishnianidze joined JSC Galt & Taggart in April, 2018. Mr. Nishnianidze was appointed as Head of Brokerage department at JSC Galt & Taggart in March, 2020. Prior to this, he started as Head of middle office and then as a Head of Operations at JSC Galt & Taggart. Prior joining JSC Galt & Taggart, he worked at Morgan Stanley, MD, USA for over 5 years as a Director in Client Data Operations team, while managing number of regulatory and operational projects. He also worked as a senior teller at Bank of America, MD, USA for over 2 years.
Mr. Nishnianidze received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from European School of Management – Tbilisi (ESM-Tbilisi) and holds his MBA degree from Towson University, MD, USA.
Prior to her appointment as Head of DCM/ECM in March 2018, Nini served as Investment Banking Associate at
Galt & Taggart. In 2010-2015, Nini worked at Bank of Georgia, serving as corporate banking risk manager. Nini is a
guest lecturer in Investments at Ilia State University.
Nini holds bachelor’s degree in Business administration from the Free University of Tbilisi (ESM Business School).
Ana Kvaratskhelia, CFA holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Caucasus School of Business. Ms. Kvaratskhelia is an experienced finance professional with an extensive background in the fields of investment banking, corporate finance, capital market supervision and relevant policy-making, financial reporting and audit. Currently Ms. Kvaratskhelia is actively engaged in providing support to the local corporates in terms of deal-structuring and capital market financing. Previously Ms. Ana was employed at the National Bank of Georgia, where for the past 3-4 years she was engaged in designing and executing 1st generation of reforms of the capital market legal & regulatory framework for the issuers of public securities in accordance with the DCFTA agreement. In parallel, she was actively involved in local capital market development projects such as feasibility assessment and implementation of strategically relevant financial instruments (e.g. covered bonds, investment funds, etc.).
